How it works
Our fully trained coaches are able to log on according to their schedules, using an internet-connected computer, smartphone, or tablet, and engage with people from all over the world. Every coach receives free training, and new coaches are assigned a coaching mentor to support them as they bring the hope of the gospel to the lost.
About the training
The Groundwire Training Academy consists of lessons that help coaches learn how to use our chat platform to share the Gospel with those requesting a chat. As part of our self-paced training, we teach coaches how to handle difficult situations, such as encountering suicidal chatter. In total, there are 6 hours of training. With just 2-4 hours of training a week, you can expect to graduate from the Groundwire Training Academy in 1-3 weeks.
